As a third-generation contractor, Dana grew up around the construction industry and brings that legacy into how she runs the business today, with integrity, professionalism, and a deep understanding of what homeowners need.
While Dana isn’t on the roof swinging a hammer, she’s the one making sure every job runs smoothly—from the first call to the final walkthrough. She oversees the Pro Roofing team, coordinates schedules, ensures every project meets Fortified roofing standards, and puts customer experience at the center of everything the company does.

Jason Impson serves as the Project and Sales Manager at Pro Roofing Solutions, playing a central role in ensuring the company’s operations run efficiently across Mobile, Baldwin County, and the Alabama Gulf Coast. With over 25 years of experience in management and customer service, Jason brings a solutions-driven mindset, clear communication, and dependable leadership to every job.
Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Louisiana Tech University, Jason understands that great roofing projects start with great relationships. Whether he’s meeting with a homeowner for a roof inspection, managing estimates, or coordinating crews on-site, Jason is the steady hand that guides each project from start to finish.
With four years of focused experience in the roofing industry and a deep understanding of Fortified roofing standards, Jason is an essential member of the Pro Roofing team.
